it can be seen that the effects of HIV in the district are large, causing around
80% of the deaths in the district. A large proportion of HIV infections
are undiagnosed, with young people developing infections with Herpes Zoster for
example, or dying of TB, without a serological diagnosis of HIV being proven. TUBERCULOSIS:
