• 2000:    St. Philip’s Kongwa ~ Refurbishment and new Classrooms.

• 2001:  The refurbishment of existing buildings, construction of new facilities and electrical installation works at Chamuhawi Bible School to bring it out of what one visitor described as:
  
          “Even the Mediaeval Monks had better than this”

• 2002:    Kiboriani Spiritual Retreat Centre

• 2003:    The refurbishment of the existing buildings at Ving’hawe Primary School.

• 2003:    Phase 1 - Maternity Wing Extension: Delivery Suite & 4-Bed Ward

• 2005:    Phase 2 extension to St. Luke’s Hospital
  providing an Operating Theatre & Equipment Sterilisation Room to complement the maternity care facilities.

• 2006:    Phase 3 - 12-Bed Ward to provide the necessary bed space to cope with mother's recovering from Cæsarean Sections.

• 2007:    Phase 4 - Anæsthetic Suite
  to provide the necessary backup facilities for the Operating Theatre.

• 2007:    Phase 5 - Food Preparation Cookhouse & Laundry for Patients of St. Luke's to provide the necessary ancillary facilities for the Patients and Staff.

• 2008:    Chapel for St. Luke's
  
  to provide Spiritual facilities for the Patients and Staff of St. Luke's

Future work includes: -
