• Wisdom in juggling a heavy workload and setting priorities for the few years ahead.

• Sensitivity in dealing with those adjacent to Church Plots and Government Lands Officers, so that boundaries may be mutually set & adhered to.

• Safety during extensive driving on rough terrain in and around the Diocese.  Often being away, in the villages for several days at a time, can mean treks of 700+ kilometres and careful need to monitor sufficient drinking water requirements.
